Have you ever gone to a big-name corporation, and paid a diagnostic fee, to find out it's non-refundable even if you got the services repaired by the same company? You're still paying that diagnostic fee no matter what. It stinks, and we know it! But, we put the customer in mind!

How does it work?

 

When you contact J&J Express for a repair, you still pay a diagnostic fee up front. However, if the Desktop or Laptop is serviceable, granted that you choose J&J Express to do the repair for you, we credit the service charge of the diagnostic fee you paid. At the end of service, the only transaction left is the remaining balance of the service, in which the diagnostic fee was subtracted from.

*However, please note, that if the desktop or laptop is not serviceable, and it has been deemed a complete motherboard failure, the diagnostic fee would unfortunately be non-refundable.

This is only to ensure that we are paid for our time of diagnosing your equipment.
